New Woodstock Records Logo top of Home Page
Woodstock Records and Ulster County Community College have successfully worked together on three Community/Work Projects.
Under the direction of Professor Sean Nixon, UCCC Design Program and Marie Spinosa, Art Director for Woodstock Records, they created beautiful graphics for two CD's as well as the new Woodstock Records Logo. The students worked hand in hand with Marie and designed many logos to be considered for the Label. After much consideration, and based upon the promotional and advertising needs of an Independent Record Label, a logo created by Tony Osborne was chosen which would represent Woodstock Records best at present and into the future.
Tony Osborne graduated from the Metalsmithing Program at Suny, New Paltz in 1987. Since then he's had Artscapes Landscaping in the Hudson Valley in NY. He's been working on sculpture and other artistic endeavors all the while. Recently, he returned to school at SUNY Ulster where he studied Graphic Design under Sean Nixon and 3D Software Modeling under Sal Ligotino. He is pursuing a career in product design.
Special Thanks to Tony Osborne, Sean Nixon and to all the students who did such great work. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to again participating in more Community/Work Programs.
